Susan Cortese is a pioneer of the Havening Techniques® in France. After experiencing the profound impact of these neuroscientific tools firsthand, Susan became the country’s first certified practitioner and trainer, dedicating her career to sharing these "powerful and effective tools" with French and Francophone populations worldwide.

As the author of Auto-Havening, Susan has been at the forefront of adapting Havening for self-care. She developed specific protocols designed to build lasting resilience, accelerate learning, and create optimal performance environments. Her approach is deeply rooted in the neuroscience of Emotional Intelligence, helping clients overcome deep-seated stress and build unshakeable self-confidence.

In addition to her private practice in Paris and online, Susan is a Master Trainer who certifies consultants, coaches, and HR professionals in the latest psychometric and developmental tools. Whether she is working one-on-one or conducting a corporate masterclass, Susan’s work is defined by her bilingual expertise (English/French) and her commitment to the intersection of emotional well-being and peak performance.
