The training is a combination of learning the neuroscience behind the Havening method, live and recorded demonstrations, and practice of the techniques with other participants. Registration and payment upfront is required.  All training materials are provided. The Training is the first step of the three, for those who wish to become a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner.

Step 1:   Attend a 16 hr + Havening Practitioner Training
Step 2:  Agree to a Certification Mentoring Program
              (Requirements includes 32 case studies, an open-book Science Review, and others.)
Step 3:  Receive the Havening Headquarter's review and approval.
              (The mentor will submit a recommendation for certification, once all prerequisites are completed.)

Dates:   4 Sundays, 4 hours each.  (The listing may only show 2 days, but there are four.)

Time:     8:30am - 12:30pm, US/EST (Please adjust time zone accordingly)
Pauses: Brief pauses every 55-75 minutes 

This is Marilyn and Mitsuko's inaugural Havening Techniques® training (as a trainer in training, who is working to complete the certification process.). The training portion of the sessions will be recorded for reiew purposes.

All in the helping profession (such as mental health professionals, therapists, coaches, bodywork/somatic therapists, hypnotherapists, medical professionals, alied health professionals, teachers, & parents, etc) with a passion and desire to learn some effective, gentle, trauma informed tools are invited to join.  Materials are covered with a clinical focus, so you can feel comfortable applying what you learned to your loved ones as soon as the training ends.  (In order to offer the Havening service to your patients and clients, certification mentoring is needed.)

<Interested in Havening Certification?>
- This 16 hours training can be used as the Step 1 portion of the certification.
- There is no guarantee Mitsuko is able to continue as a certification mentor (Step 2 portion) as the certification to become a trainer is not yet complete.  However, there are many other certified trainers who can and are happy to mentor you as you go through the certification process after the initial training.

- At least 4 live demonstrations, 4 hands-on practice sessions, and integrative group learning exercises/experiences.
